Welcome to the Phelps County Fair, where summer comes alive with the sights, sounds and traditions that bring our community together. Each year, we celebrate agriculture, summer and community with live music, delicious food, a rodeo, tractor pull, demolition derby, the DC Lynch carnival, free kids’ activities, livestock shows and so much more.
