Rentals

To rent a space at the Phelps County Ag Society, please call 308-995-4222 to check for availability and to complete the rental agreement.

The following spaces are available to rent:

  • 24’ x 38’

  • $80 per day

Education Room

Middle Room

  • 35’ x 55’

  • $70 per day

East Room

(Driver’s License Exam Room)

  • 19’ x 24’

  • $60 per day

Exhibit Hall

  • 95’ x 115’

  • $300 per day

Kitchen

  • 20’ x 24’

  • $70 per day

  • If the kitchen is to be used, it must be rented at the same time as reserving the Middle Room or Exhibit Hall.

Additional Details

  • Lost Keys: $100

  • Note: Tables and chairs are included in the rental fee.

    • It is the renter’s responsibility to set them up, take them down and put them back in storage area.

    • Renters may pay an extra fee (set based on number needed) to have tables and chairs set up

  • Liquor Privileges: $100 plus a $500 damage deposit
    (Renter must attend an Ag Society meeting before the event to seek approval of a one-day liquor license for the event.)

  • Media System (projector and large screen): $50

  • Internet: $10

  • Remote Deposit: $100

Outdoor Rentals

  • Grounds: $125 per day for events

  • Truck Parking: Semi-tractor and trailer: $10 per month or $100 per year.

    • Additional trailers are $5 per month or $50 per year.

    • If electricity is needed, the fee is $40 per month per truck.

    • Note: Trucks and tractors must be removed from the grounds the weekend before and during the Phelps County Fair.

  • Winter Camper and Boat Storage: $1.50 per foot per month for inside/75 cents per foot per month for outside storage.
